.NET Developer

Position Description

SweetSoft is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical knowledge coupled with expertise in building and shipping large scale projects. The Software Development Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end design, development, testing and implementation of software applications and features.

We are seeking a broad technical background, ability to drive a variety of projects, strong collaboration skills, and strong passion for results.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement multi-tiered applications
• Translate functional requirements into component based technical designs
• Provide development estimates and track project progress
• Work closely with project managers and test engineers to improve software specification and test cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve functionality and performance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required
• 2+ years of experience in building highly-scalable applications
• Excellent design and coding skills
• 2+ years developing and shipping production quality C/C++ or C# code required
• Expertise SQL server and T-SQL required
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and unit testing skills
• Team player with a passion to learn and drive cutting edge technologies
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and without assistance
